About us

The Festival of the Oceans of the Mexican Caribbean® is a Delphinus initiative that brings local communities in Quintana Roo and their visitors closer to a space where they can learn about the problems the ocean faces and be inspired to take action to stop them.

Check out the rules for our 5th University Short Film Contest "Cineminutes for the Ocean" and 14th Children's and Youth Drawing Contest, where you can win all-expenses-paid trips to Cancun, theme park tickets, dolphin encounters, and many more prizes.
